Developers, please keep menu accessibility in mind

As someone with a visual disability I have been finding it very difficult, in may cases impossible, to navigate the menus in games and apps.

Often menus are set far back and there is no way to move them or get near them. Please make your menus so that they can be brought closer or walked closer to or have text to speech functionality.

There are many games and apps I've tried so far that I would love to buy but I can't navigate the menus because I can't read them.
