Discovered an unauthorised Horizon account in my accounts centre
I'm looking for help on behalf of a client, one day in his personal accounts centre he found an unauthorised Horizon account connected, with a seperate email address & log in.
He has tried to remove the account, however because it has its own log in credentials he can't remove it, as the 2FA & email is attached to
We asked Meta Support for assistance, but all they did was ask him to log in using that account or use his head set, he doesn't even know what Meta Horizon is or have a head set.
Can anyone confirm whether a Meta Horizon account can access a Business Manager? His Business Page and Ad Account was hacked.
