Error when creating a release channel - GraphQL operation responded with error 1357006

Hi team. 

Good day to you. We've been having this issue for a few weeks now as we are still unable to create a release channel for our app. We are getting this "GraphQL operation responded with error 1357006" error message that we have no idea how what's causing it or how to resolve. 

Can someone check this for us or if somebody has experienced the same issue as this?
