Facebook APIs for external App

How I get the following APIs and permissions for full functionality: Required APIs & Permissions: Facebook Graph API: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata Instagram Basic Display API: instagram_basic, instagram_manage_insights Threads API: threads_basic, threads_content_publish
