Facebook disabled out of the blue

So I hadn't posted in a few days, went to go into facebook this morning and it's telling me it's disabled. There's no form to fill out, I didn't get an email regarding why or what for, there's like no options whatsoever. It sends me to the support page that doesn't help whatsoever. I don't know who to reach out to or how. My last post was a picture from vacation (it was a bear we saw), so I doubt that goes against standards. Please Help!
