how can I join meta developer discord server

I heard that there is a Discord server for VR developers, but I didn't understand how to join

    Apologies for any misunderstanding here - unfortunately, the Meta Horizon Start program Discord is currently for Start Partners only. If you'd like, you're welcome to apply to be a Start Partner when applications reopen and you should receive an invite if you're eligible.
