impossibile collegare il quest 2 alla rete wifi

Nono riesco a collegare in nessun modo il visore al wifi, quando riesce a connetersi dopo 30 secondi si disconnette, poi si riconnette e poi si disconnette, ho provato tutti i metodi. Il visore è in garanzia cosa posso fare? grazie

support needed

    What specific troubleshooting did you try?

    • Under Wi-Fi settings in quest 3, go to the network you are on and select Privacy and change it to "Device Mac" and not "Use randomised Mac".
    • Check your WIFI settings and disable the ipv6 on your router and try to use the ipv4"
