Do you mind sharing more information about the intended use case? If I'm reading right, it sounds like you're looking for a feature that lets you add and remove devices/users from an organization using the Meta for Work MR business subscription service. As far as clearing external app User Data, are you referring to removing access to things like org-owned app licenses or deleting org-owned user accounts and their associated data?
