I am hoping someone associated with Meta will see this, but I recently lost access to my developer account with an active submission due to the MFA. I have all of the account login information, but without the two factor, I cannot submit any tickets or attempt to recover my account. I also don't have any devices linked yet. Is there anyone who could help me recover the account?
You must have MFA enabled, it's part of the setup process for a developer account. If you later disable MFA, you could lose the access to the account. Just go to Meta Accounts Centre and set up MFA again, I think.
Hey Steve thanks for the reply! Sadly the account was not active on the meta-accounts centre. When I tried logging into my account via the accounts centre but can only seem to add Instagram accounts...
Another solution I am thinking though is just creating another developer account to continue the submission, but will I have a problem resubmitting under a new profile? I was reviewing requested changes so that app is already linked to that account.
