If it is stuck on “Verification Under Review” and never asks for documents, usually there is not much you can do from the dashboard itself.
A few things that sometimes help:
• Make sure your legal business name exactly matches your payment/tax info
• Add a website/domain email if possible
• Verify phone number + 2FA on all admin accounts
• Try opening a support ticket through the developer support center

But honestly, if it has already been stuck for weeks, it is probably waiting on manual review internally.
