MQDH can't see Link and Quest3

I installed
- Meta Horizon Link version 83.0.0.330.349 (83.0.0.330.349)
- MQDH 6.3.0

HMD in developer mode.

Link CAN see HMD and pair.

MQDH can't see no HMD, no Link.

ADB installed, and working.
"Set Up New device" throw Bluetooth requirement.

I don't have Bluetooth on standalone PC. How to connect HMD to MQDH?
