Hey there!
Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Developer Dashboard, I get how frustrating that can be. By chance are you using a VPN? If so, it's possible that is what's causing the errors.
If not, would you mind letting me know how fast your network speed is when you're using the Developer Dashboard? Based on the errors you mentioned, it's possible that it's being caused by a network issue. If all else fails and you're not using a VPN and have good network speed, please feel free to let me know and I can take a closer look!

Hello,
I am not using a VPN. The network speed is around 100Mbps. I tried with another network and it still shows the same error.
The fastest way to test it:
Dashboard --> select your app --> Monetization --> Subscription --> "Manage Test User Subscription" Tab --> "Start a new test user subscription" button --> Fill out test sub details & tap "Submit" --> Now you can test the error by tapping "triple-dot icon" on the active test subscription and selecting "Renew" from the overflow menu.
Another way to test is to start a new subscription as a downgrade or upgrade to an existing active subscription or by "Edit period end time" . "Cancel" and "Expire" can also throw network error but not always. It can also go into "Error" state many times while trying to renew or downgrade subscription. Deleting the subscription doesn't help either. On top of it, It also fails to test subscription from headset unless I delete the subscription completely from the dashboard first.
Thank you.

Thanks for the additional info to_the_cosmic_end!
When you're experiencing the error, does it happen 100% of the time when you try or are you having success with some attempts and not with others? Based on your initial post it seems like you have success with some attempts, but I wanted to confirm.

It works in some attempts but mostly it is showing the network error. Especially the "Renew" option has almost no chance of success. In all of my attempts, "Renew" button has worked just once.

Understood, and are you using a wired or wireless connection? Based on everything you've mentioned, it seems likely the cause is some kind of network issue. If you're using a wireless connection, can you try to switch to a wired/ethernet connection and letting me know if afterwards you're still having trouble?
