OS freeze every 60 seconds with hand + body tracking

Not sure if this is the best place or if there's a support place for devs, it is hard to keep track of where best to bring these things up. Anywhoo. Spent that last 2 days tracking this down thinkin...

You could file it as an issue in the Developer Feedback Center and also use the Quick Settings->Report Problem in the headset.
