Persistent "Temporary Error" on Phone Verification During Developer Registration

I am trying to become a dev, and keep receiving this error message, "Sorry, a temporary error has occurred. Please try again in a little while." I have all my info connected to my account already and...

I'm also experiencing the same problem. I'm trying to create an account on the developers site, but it freezes at the number entry point. I've waited four days, followed all the suggested procedures, and the error persists.

I would like some support to resolve this problem, as I need it urgently.
