Starting web cast from code

Hi, Is it possible to start casting to horizon.meta.com/casting from code ? Or are we required to implement the MediaProjection API on Meta Quest | Meta Horizon OS Developers when we want to integr...

Hello there AT.Test!

Good question, the casting feature needs to be initialized directly within your headset, and is not able to be triggered remotely or with code. If you'd like to access a device's video and audio remotely, then yes you'd need to implement the MediaProjection API. Users will then need to give explicit consent every time the app requests access to the API.
