Suppress automatic roomscale boundary mode

I enabled stationary mode before start app. When i start my openxr app on Meta quest 2/3 auto enabled roomscale boundary mode . And i have to press meta button to switch boundary mode.
I wonder how to keep stationary mode on app start?

I use Unity OpenXR and XROrigin.
