I'm flashing it with standard firmware via the Meta website and via ADB.

A few more questions:
At what point does it freeze?
Are you still able to get into recovery mode?
Is the device connected to your computer via a reliable USB-C cable?
If you're able to get into recovery mode, have you attempted just performing a factory reset of the device?

Yes. And by the way, the firmware is now 100% up, but the device still won't work.

It bootloops when it starts. The Quest3 seems to be trying to recover, a gray logo with a recovery bar appears, but then a blue animated splash screen interrupts everything.

Please give me full access to ADB and instructions on how to fix everything. I don't have money for the new Quest 3, even with a discount.

I am not Meta Support. I am merely another developer with some Technical knowledge of the device. Apologies, but you seem to have simply bricked it, and you will have to contact Meta for a Hardware Return/exchange, or look into third party services near you that do hardware repair, depending on how recently you purchased the device.

I didn't do anything unusual with it. It broke just as I was entering the Wi-Fi password. Is it reasonable to say that "simply bricked it"?
