To completely release/reset this number from the WhatsApp Business API

Hello Team,

 

We were previously using this WhatsApp number (91 9445599821) with Interakt (WhatsApp API provider).

Interakt has confirmed that the number has been released/deactivated from their system. However, we are still unable to activate the number on normal WhatsApp.

Current issue:

OTP is not received

Unable to register the number

WhatsApp activation fails

We already tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApp

Restarting the phone

Trying SMS OTP and Call OTP

Kindly check and completely release/reset this number from the WhatsApp Business API (WABA) system.

Please help us resolve this issue at the earliest.
