v81 android settings wont openin?
normal android settings not available why and how can i open it(when i tried apps for open android setting but always saying app stopped/crashed )

Hey, thanks for your question! Could you walk me through what you've tried already? Where are you trying to open Android settings?
He could be using activity launcher ( which is a recommend way ) to open it. Even when i tried it showed a error. Could be that meta is planning to disable the android settings.
there is a solution or not
when i try to install quest game tuner the app needs wireless debug for adb but i cant open the android settings and i tried other apps for open the classic android settings they always saying app crashed how can i open it i quess you already know the fix of that
There was a note in Quest Games Optimizer say that Meta removed access to Android settings app in v81 and gave a workaround how to access the settings.
I suggest you contact Quest Games Optimizer's support.
