What is the status of the Theater Elsewhere platform?

Hello,

We have noticed that since around March 2026 new immersive artworks posted to the Media Studio does not make it to the Theater Elsewhere application.

The content is stuck in the "under review" stage. Some of us have content that's been stuck "under review" since early March.

Furthermore the view count no longer works, both on the creators portfolio pages and in the user-facing application.

 

Can we have an update on the current status of the platform please?

There is a whole community of artists relying on it.

    Unfortunately I don’t think the community can diagnose this from the outside. This probably needs visibility from the Theater Elsewhere or Meta media platform team directly.

    I would definitely encourage affected creators to comment here as well, because if multiple people confirm the same timeline it becomes much easier to demonstrate this is systemic rather than account-specific.

    And of course, create a ticket with Meta Support!

    Thanks for the comment.

    We continued to try to contact them through other channels and someone at Meta processed the queue last Wednesday. 

    The view count is still broken, and with it the "Most Viewed" tab in the application and the "Creator Insights" in the Media Studio.
