Whatsapp Business API

I'm facing some issues with WhatsApp Business API. I have approved templates, verified business account, verified WhatsApp account, verified payment method, and a SIM added. But my template messages are not being received by the user; the API response is successful.

    A successful API response usually means WhatsApp accepted the request, not that the message was delivered.

    I would check:

    • The recipient has opted in to receive messages
      • The phone number format includes country code
      • The template language exactly matches the approved template
      • The template is approved and active, not paused
      • You are not hitting quality/rate limits
      • Check webhook delivery statuses, not only the send response

    If the API says success but the user receives nothing, the webhook status is the best place to see whether it was sent, delivered, failed, or blocked.
