Why Can’t I download?

There is a game “Tag Before Dawn” I used to play a lot and it wouldn’t update so I deleted it so I could reinstall it to get the latest version to play with my friend. For some reason even though I have enough storage and good internet it just says “error could not download” or something like that. What should I do?
