Why has Spectator Mode been Deprecated?

This is such an amazing feature so why has Meta broke the feature and never fixed it? Are there any alternatives for native casting from the Quest?

      Well.. I guess I should've clarified. I want to know why casting from the headset using a spectator view instead of the headset view is now officially unsupported by Meta after being advertised as a brand new feature not a year before support was pulled.
