Solved

Can't access any apps or videos in Oculus home.

I can select Oculus home and go to the "room" but there is nothing there now, no menus, no library or store tabs etc. only a small black bar with three white spots scrolling, as if it's downloading. It used to be fine. Any suggestions please?

    I've sorted the problem now. I ended up uninstalling all the various Oculus programs, then re-installing. I did contact Oculus support, who got back to me after it was sorted, but they did suggest the same thing as a starter. Thanks for the reply.

    I found a lot of the issues I was having with Oculus were due to me blocking Facebook with my NoRoot VPN Firewall app on my S7.  After allowing Facebook and Facebook App Manager through the firewall all was well. Not sure if me uninstalling Oculus and reinstalling did it but I also did that.
