First day with the Gear VR S6

PS3 uses bluetooth, so maybe...

Its actually designed for android, so it works great with no hassle. I love the color and the feel of the plastic. Pretty much works on android like an xbox pad does on pc. By that I mean engines like UE4 recognize the inputs as the same.

I love PS controller but i find the samsung controller once in your hands and eyes are closed that it is the best there is. it is made for it, and the buttons are where you would want them to be. it may not be the prettiest but it is by far the best and no issues at all

Yeah, I think spending another $60 plus on a controller is kind of a tough sell for me. Especially with only a few games that support it right now. Might have to though, the PS4 controller won't work correctly.

Moga Power Pro was still available at some Game Stops for $15. Works fine.
Do a search. There are a few other lower cost controllers available that work.

What? You can't be serious. There's still huge screen door present.

Screen door is what is acceptable to each user for me its the same I don't really see the screen door effect and I havehad dk1 wwhich was for me quite present then dk2 which was in my own opinion much improved upon and now the s6 gear vr for me I don't see what the fuss is about for me its slightly there but nothing that spoils my experience

But as I said think it's down to each individual user some can see it and nothing else while others cannot or they choose to not let it get in their way

Either way you'll either be happy with it or not but for me I'm willing to put up with a small in my opinion screen door just so not to miss out on the start and future of vr one day it will be gone but its not that much of a problem to be honest but I respect for some they cannot block this element out

It is in no way bloody small. It's near impossible to read any words that don't have extra large lettering. That's not user preference that's an absolute fact.

Well then I think vr is not for you at the moment you should go back to 2d games for now and rejoin the vr universe when the tech reaches your expectations buddy

That's what I plan on doing. Unfortunetly it's because of visually impaired people like you praising it that I got fooled into thinking the GearVr looked amazing.

I'd say it has almost gone and is unnoticeable on many apps. On some - mainly some of the provided videos, it is awful.

That's the problem, one of the first things a lot of people will try is the videos, especially 360 videos and some of those are the worst things.
