Gear VR setup wizard failing to download components
Gear VR device cannot complete set up oculus environment on s7 edge, process fails while trying to download "oculus media plugins" and "oculus browser".

- Same on Galaxy S7 --- Download would start and then fail. FInally after restarting the device and letting it sit there for about 10min I got an installation bar out of the blue for oculus-- and after that the gear vr update worked and my device became functional again...
