Small black squiggly line on right lens of Gear VR

I've cleaned my S7 Edge as well as the Gear VR lenses with a soft cloth, but I've still got a small black squiggly line on the right lens right smack dab in the center of my view. There are a couple of smaller black dots as well near it (not the screen door effect!).

I just got the dang thing today. Is it already time to look at getting an RMA, or is this to be expected on VR headsets?
