PTSD World for Veterans - AI Assist not working

I am trying to build a world for Veterans to discuss issues, but when I use the AI Assist on the desktop Horizon world, it says it is building and runs the scripts, but it doesn't create anything, and it stays in the issue rendering the world. How do I get some help?
