Zoom feature appears in display but not the filmed video

Hello, when I first purchased my glasses, the Zoom feature would work great with video. Now, over the last two weeks, the assume feature only shows in the display rather when I’m recording it doesn’t actually show in the saved video. Instead, it shows my hand making the zoom motion, but no zoom is happening.
