Apple App Review requires MFi authorization for Ray-Ban Meta SDK integration

Hi Meta Wearables team,

We are using the Meta Wearables Device Access Toolkit for iOS to integrate with Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses.

During Apple App Review, Apple requested confirmation that our app is authorized by the accessory manufacturer to work with the MFi accessory. They specifically mentioned the MFi Product Plan form and PPID.

What is the correct private support channel or process to request MFi Product Plan authorization / PPID confirmation from Meta for Apple App Review?
