Audio not working

Hello,

My Ray-Ban Meta glasses' speakers are not working properly. Now I can't listen to music, or give voice commands.

I restarted my phone and glasses. Unpaired the glasses from my phone's Bluetooth list and reconnected them. I did multiple forced restarts on the glasses. I did a factory reset on both the glasses and the case. I deleted and re-installed the Meta AI app on my phone. Both the glasses and my case are 100% fully charged. There is no debris on the speakers.

Nothing seems to work. In fact, things got even worse because now my phone doesn't pick up when I am wearing the glasses, and the indicator only turns red anymore when I do the forced reboot. I also had a terrible time reconnecting the glasses to my phone.

The case shows an orange light when I put the glasses back in. I have only had these glasses for 2 weeks, please provide a solution.
