Cannot update Ray-Ban Meta Headliner RW4006 from firmware 12.14.7 to v2.x

Hi Meta Support Team,

I'm requesting a manual OTA update for my glasses.

Device: Ray-Ban Meta Headliner RW4006

Current firmware: 12.14.7

App: Meta AI 268.0.0

Region: Kazakhstan

Issue: My glasses are stuck on firmware 12.14.7 and do not see the v2.x update. I have performed a factory reset and tried setup with a US VPN, but 12.14.7 still shows as "up to date".

I need firmware v2.x to access the Live Translation feature. Please push the OTA update to v2.x to my device using the serial number above.
