Hi shiz6582702 We can see that the issue you're having is getting past the "Share Additional Data" screen, this can be far from ideal and we would love to provide some troubleshooting steps for you! Please try the follow steps below: 

Fully Charge the Glasses: Make sure the glasses are charged to 100% before attempting setup.

• Force Restart the Glasses : Place them in the case, close the lid, then press and hold the button on the back of the case until the LED flashes blue.
• Reinstall the Meta AI App: Delete the app completely, restart your phone, and reinstall the latest version from the App Store.
• Try a Different Device : If possible, try pairing the glasses using another iOS or Android device to see if the issue persists.
• Enable All App Permissions : Go to iPhone Settings → Meta AI → ensure Bluetooth, Location, and Notifications are all enabled.

That issue has been reported here. It only happens with an iPhone using iOS 26.1. The work-around is to screen-mirror your phone to a TV then restart the Meta AI app repeatedly until the button stops being greyed-out.
