Forgotten Account

I’ve had my Meta Raybans for a couple of years, got a new phone a few weeks ago and had problems with the meta app so I deleted and reinstalled it.  It’s not showing my glasses and when I try to add them it says they’re already registered with another account.  I only have Facebook and Instagram accounts and two email addresses but my glasses aren’t registered on any of these and I’m getting nowhere with account resets.  I’ve got loads of photos I don’t want to lose so don’t want to do a factory reset.  Any suggestions?

    We understand you are encountering pairing issues with your Ray Ban after getting a new phone. We recommend unpairing and pairing the glasses again, alongside this please make sure that your phone is compatible with the Meta AI app.
