Hello faisal.110974,
We saw your post about the trouble you're having turning on your Ray-Ban glasses, and we understand how frustrating that can be. Let's walk through a few steps together to help get things working again so you can get back to enjoying your glasses.
Step 1: Charge your glasses:
- Make sure the glasses are placed inside the charging case.
- Leave them to charge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Try turning them on
- Slide the power switch toward the lens to the "on" position.
- You should see the LED blink white, this means the glasses are powering up.
Step 3: If they still won’t turn on, try the following:
Put the glasses back into the case and:
- Try a different power outlet.
- Use a different USB-C cable.
- Try a different charger or USB-C charging block.
- Reboot the glasses and try again.
- Perform a force restart and try again.
If you've tried all these steps and you're still having issues, please send us a private message so we can help further. To do that, click on our name to go to our profile page, then select "Send a Message." Make sure you're signed into the community first.

Just keep the glasses charging, another tip is holding the button on the case for like 20 seconds, and the glasses will turn on.
I had the same issue months ago with gen 1.
