I need help fixing this issue ? Please help

I got my glasses around Christmas time last year and been using them almost everyday since, however maybe sometime in the middle of February I started getting a connection issue where my glasses wouldn’t be connected for videos and pictures (you’ll always see the red light flashing or white light blinking to connect) I say only for videos and pictures because if I’m listening to music it connects asap , if I’m on Instagram or phone call it connects asap. When it finally does connect I can only record videos for about 8 seconds and it’ll automatically disconnect . Prior to this issue I was able to record for the maximum length my settings will allow I think it’s 3 mins max. This ruins the whole on the spot recording I need.
