Meta Rayban

My Meta Rayban glasses won’t connect to my Amazon Music account. Other apps (e.g. Apple Music) connect ok.

i go through the process on the Meta AI app and get to the final stage, before it fails to connect. When I try to connect I get “Continue as Roger”. When I press this (no other option) I just get a blank white screen which remains as such until I close the app (even after 20 mins +).

Any advice as to why, please?

  • Try to update and open your Amazon music app first. Then connect in the Meta AI-App. Usually you have to confirm and give Amazon permission to connect to nearby devices. 

    Hopefully that will resolve your issue;)

      Thanks Snoopy. Unfortunately still not working. Both apps are updated to the latest versions, and permission to connect to nearby devices is also activated.

      I think it’s a problem with the Meta AI side of things. I can get onto that app and my glasses do link however when the app tries to send me a link, via email or mobile, neither comes through to me??? I’ll keep trying.
