Some messages yes and some no
i think that this is for the iPhone is locked but not sometimes locked the meta read me WhatsApp and sometimes says me you have WhatsApp message

Meta can only read out texts. When you get a message with a photo or voice message Meta AI is only telling you that you have new messages and I think it's the same with group notifications.
Meta can also only read messages you received in the last minute. So when you are talking to Meta AI and are getting a message she's gonna tell you that you have a new message after you have finished your discussion but she's not gonna read it.
When you get a new message simply say "okay Meta please read it" and she will read it out for you.
