I just contacted support, they were useless. Told me to log out of all sessions, and the glasses would go away from my account. Except... they haven't. It seems meta has locked these so that only one person can ever own them. There is no user-facing mechanism for removing them from one's account. Just maddening.

I'm also having this issue, but I sold mine and there seems to be no way for users to REMOVE a device from their accounts. I can see it, but there's no option to remove it, which is wild. Any ideas on how to contact support?
