NEED HELP, Can not pair glasses, only see message that they are registred to another account

I lent glasses to my friend (I deleted them from my account first) after a week he returned them to me and also deleted them from his account so I could connect to them again and I get the same message. Factory reset doesn't work at all, I did it about 20 times. Dont know what to do :(

  • Have this going on as well mines will not take videos and when I try to connect it says get support have you figured the situation out ? 

  • So just contact the support!? Glasses seem to be bound to one person. There are things like voice recognition going on in the background so your glasses will only listen to you...

      I just contacted support, they were useless. Told me to log out of all sessions, and the glasses would go away from my account. Except... they haven't. It seems meta has locked these so that only one person can ever own them. There is no user-facing mechanism for removing them from one's account. Just maddening. 

  • I'm also having this issue, but I sold mine and there seems to be no way for users to REMOVE a device from their accounts. I can see it, but there's no option to remove it, which is wild. Any ideas on how to contact support?
