I recently upgraded my phone and today I used my meta glasses to record dozens of videos.
now when I got home, I opened the app to download the videos and I was on as the same account, same everything, except my new phone wasn’t paired with the glasses.
so I went to pair them, and it told me I need to reset the glasses. But I don’t want to delete all the footage.
is there a way to import media besides pairing? Can the case do it?

We saw your post about importing media from your AI glasses after upgrading your phone, and thought we'd drop in!
Unfortunately, if you no longer have access to your previous phone, there is no way to recover the media currently on your AI glasses. Part of the process of pairing the glasses to a new device is to reset them if they are already paired to a device, and so any media still on them will be lost as part of that process.
