New Update Ruined Glasses

I’ve tried every version of resetting. Back to factory settings and case reset. Waited for battery to drain to attempt new download of app and reintroduced the device to the app. It connected through the setup and now it won’t connect again. It’s the 3rd time doing this. Not sure if I’m overlooking something.
