Not able to setup Scriber optics gen 2 to android phone

My wife  just buy a Rayban Meta gen2, and she is not able to pair her glasses to her phone via Meta AI app, samsung flip 7, the app cant discover the glasses while she can connect to the bluetooth. I tried to setup on my iphone and it works with no problem. Does anyone know how to fix, its brand new
