Oakley Meta Connection problems

I have my Oakley Meta HSTN since yesterday.
I get crazy.

First i made all installations from Meta AI app download , connect wlan , connect to the Meta google etc. First day yesterday worked generelly fine.

Now today i have this problem:

it is loading in the case / etui then says 100% full loaded , i do the glas out and as soon i have it fit on my face, it is disconnected.

Then i go it back in the etui it says suddenly only 4 or 10% charge power, after 1 min suddenly again 100% i do it out and the same **bleep** begans again.

Any idea what can be the problem?
i installed meta app again, i dissconnected the glasses again and connect again and so on

nothing helps

 

any ideas?

We’re really sorry to hear you’re running into trouble with the battery indicator, it must be frustrating to see a full charge only to find out it’s not quite accurate when you take them out.     This issue is most likely caused by a small software problem related to charging and connection. The good news is that it can usually be resolved with a quick forced restart. Here’s how to do that:

     

    Steps to force restart your glasses:

    • Slide the power button back to turn the glasses off.
    • Press and hold the capture button.
    • While still holding the capture button, slide the power button forward to turn the glasses back on.
    • Once the LED status light turns red, release the capture button.
    • This process helps reset the internal connection and often clears up battery display issues.

    Make sure both your glasses and the companion app are running the latest software versions.
