Order Delays and Lack of Updates – Assistance Requested
I placed an order for the following Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2) glasses on October 14th. Since then, the expected delivery dates have changed multiple times, and as of November 6th, tracking updates have stopped entirely.
- Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2) – Shiny Black, Transitions® Graphite Green Lenses (Estimated delivery: November 6th)
- Ray-Ban Meta Skyler (Gen 2) – Shiny Mystic Violet, Transitions® Amethyst Lenses (Estimated delivery: November 20th)
- Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2) Large – Matte Black, Transitions® Grey Lenses (Estimated delivery: November 6th)
I’ve reached out to multiple representatives for assistance. The most recent representative, Rain, indicated that the issue lies with the courier rather than Meta. However, I have not received any further updates or clarification.
If anyone has additional information or can provide support in resolving this matter, I would greatly appreciate your help.
