Order Delays and Lack of Updates – Assistance Requested

I placed an order for the following Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2) glasses on October 14th. Since then, the expected delivery dates have changed multiple times, and as of November 6th, tracking updates have stopped entirely.

  • Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2) – Shiny Black, Transitions® Graphite Green Lenses (Estimated delivery: November 6th)
  • Ray-Ban Meta Skyler (Gen 2) – Shiny Mystic Violet, Transitions® Amethyst Lenses (Estimated delivery: November 20th)
  • Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2) Large – Matte Black, Transitions® Grey Lenses (Estimated delivery: November 6th)

I’ve reached out to multiple representatives for assistance. The most recent representative, Rain, indicated that the issue lies with the courier rather than Meta. However, I have not received any further updates or clarification.


If anyone has additional information or can provide support in resolving this matter, I would greatly appreciate your help.

      I’ve been in contact with the support team throughout this period, but the explanations I receive continue to shift between different parties. Could you please confirm whether there is a production delay specifically with the Skyler (Gen 2) Shiny Mystic Violet Transitions® Amethyst Lenses? My order was placed on October 14th, and the most recent estimated delivery date is now December 4th.

      A customer service representative, “Rain,” informed me that “your three glasses are not yet ready to ship due to a delay with the courier.” Can you clarify whether the issue is related to Meta’s production process or with the courier service?
