PAIRING ISSUES

After working fine all day Meta AI threw a wobbly and disconnected from my iphone (17 Pro) and wouldn’t re pair with it. I tried telling my iPhone to forget them and deleted the meta app… then reinstalled the app and started again…. (several times I may add)…..but although my iPhone‘s bluetooth says connected. the meta app is living in it’s own altered reality state and refuses to pair still…. I tried a factory reset on the glasses and I cannot get the factory reset light to come on on them after doing the five clicks on the capture button, although a factory reset of the case itself worked ok….so what next please??

    I'm not an expert but try plugging into the charger for about 5 minutes then press the button for pairing. I had a similar issue with my Ray-Ban. I tried everything you did before discovering it needed a charge.
