Phone call issues with Ray-Ban Meta and charging status of the case in the Meta AI app

Yesterday I started using my Ray-Ban Meta glasses.

1. At first, I’m able to make calls using the “Hey Meta” voice commands, but after a few hours Meta responds with: “I don’t have access to your contacts.” I can fix the issue only temporarily by turning off the glasses or unpairing them and setting everything up again from scratch in the app. Has anyone managed to solve this problem?

2. I’ve tried in every possible way to get the charging status of the case to appear in the app, but without success. Can anyone help me?

  • For the charging status: turn on the glasses. Make sure they're connected. Fold them (don't turn off) and put them in the case. 

    You should see the batterystatus of the glasses and the case. 

    The contact issue is usually caused by Cacheerrors I think. Just restart your Meta AI App (clear cache) or your phone. Usually that solves the issue when Meta is "unable to find contacts".
