Problem with the region

Hello. I received my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 sunglasses today and discovered that some AI features aren't available in my region, or at least that's what the AI tells me. For example, I can't request instant translations. Among other functions. I've been investigating and it seems Meta doesn't support Portugal, the country where I live. I don't know if that's the reason or if it's a bug. What do you recommend I do? Contact Support? Thanks in advance
