Ray-Ban camera settings missing in V19.2

When I use my glasses and try to ask Meta to describe what I'm looking at, I get a message saying that I need to enable the camera in the Meta app settings. The problem is that there’s no option to enable the camera anywhere in those menus. I’ve read that this issue is affecting many users around the world. How do you plan to fix it? Can you help me?
