    Hi Salk69!

We are so excited to welcome you to our Community Forums! This certainly isn't ideal and we would love to give you a helping hand.

If Spotify isn't playing on your Ray-Ban Meta glasses, try unpairing and repairing them with the Meta AI app, or updating your phone operative system if applicable. Ensure the glasses are within range of your phone, and consider checking Bluetooth settings on both devices. If the issue persists, a hard reset of the glasses might be necessary.

Here are the steps you need to follow to stream Spotify from your phone to your glasses and control audio using touchpad controls and Meta AI.

To connect Spotify to your glasses:

    1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the bottom right.
    2. Tap .
    3. Tap Connected apps.
    4. Tap Spotify.
    5. Tap Connect Spotify.

You can also assign Spotify as your default when you search for audio with your voice from Connected apps by tapping Assign defaults.

You can also find more information about this here.

We hope this helps, let us know how you get on! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to get back to us. Have a great day!

  •  This is sometimes a common  issue. Sometimes  the music is  stuck on your phone  and not playing on your device/ meta glasses but all you have to do is select devices and then go to Bluetooth and AirPlay on Spotify  then select your glasses if there connected to Bluetooth. Hope this helps.

  • Yeah that is always the case when I have my glasses audio connected to the PC. The glasses play the PC sound and if I ask for Spotify the music is played on the phone.

Are you sure you have connected the glasses' Bluetooth audio to your phone and also set the glasses in Spotify as output?

To connect audio use the normal Bluetooth settings of your phone (not in the Meta AI app). Should work fine ;)

Hello, we're sorry to hear this. To resolve the issue, please ensure that both, your glasses and the Meta AI app are fully updated and loaded. You may also need to restart both devices or try pairing the glasses again if the connection is unstable.

  • You’re not alone :) a lot of Ray-Ban Meta Glasses users have run into this issue 😅. Even if the Meta AI app shows Spotify as connected and Bluetooth is paired, the music sometimes still plays only on the phone 🎧📱. A few things usually help: go into your phone’s Bluetooth settings and make sure the glasses are selected as the audio output device 🔊🕶️. Sometimes they pair for calls only, not media. Try toggling the “Audio” option off and on under the glasses’ Bluetooth profile, and restart both the glasses and your phone 🔁. If it still doesn’t work, unlink Spotify from the Meta app and reconnect it — many users said this finally fixed the issue for them ✔️.
