We saw that you are having an issue connecting your glasses to the Garmin and Strava apps, and we would like to help you figure this out.
If you could please make sure that you are using a supported Garmin device and are in a Meta and Garmin supported country.
Please ensure that both devices are connected to the same network and both are connected to your mobile phone, as well as making sure that all devices are on the latest version available.

Mine is now connecting to the apps, no need for a VPN.
